asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many tenanted houses owned by housing associations in Northern Ireland have been sold to sitting tenants; what are the names of the housing associations and their estates; and what number of these houses have been sold with a discount.

[pursuant to his reply, 27 March 1984, c. 145]: To date 107 houses have been sold to sitting tenants, 105 of these with a discount. The names of the housing associations and the location of the dwellings are as follows:

  1. Belfast Improved Houses — Grampian Avenue and Ulsterville Avenue, Belfast
  2. Coral Crescent—Admiralty Estate, Antrim
  3. Deny Housing Association — Glenowen Estate, Londonderry
  4. Donacloney Housing Association — Main Street, Donacloney
  5. Dungannon and District Housing Association—Roan Park, Dungannon
