§ Mr. Kirkwoodasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will provide a breakdown of estimated numbers in receipt of housing benefit as between wage earners and other appropriate categories, showing how many wage earners are in receipt of (a) rent rebates or allowances only, (b) rate rebates only and (c) both rent and rate assistance; and if he will provide an estimate of how many wage earners in receipt of housing benefit are also liable to income tax, and how many are also in receipt of family income supplement.
