In the course of 1983, discussions at ministerial and official level with the Soviet Union have included political, cultural, arms control, trade, scientific, energy and transport questions. We envisage such discussions continuing. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Departments of Trade and Industry, Energy and Transport are involved.
