§ Mr. Alexander FletcherProgress towards a possible international agreement on the liberalisation of trade in services is still in its early stages. As the result of the GATT ministerial meeting last November, interested countries are working towards a decision, probably in late 1984, about a next stage towards such an agreement. We will certainly play our full part in this.
