§ Sir George YoungThe latest information about the number of dwellings owned by each London borough is contained in the authorities' housing investment programme returns. The figures, confined to dwellings situated in each authority's own area and relating to 1 April 1983, and corresponding figures for 1 April 1979 are as follows:
