§ Sir George YoungFor sales under the right to buy to 30 June 1983 by Welwyn Hatfield district council and for its stock of dwellings at 1 April 1982, I refer my hon. Friend to the table placed in the Library following the reply my hon. Friend the Minister for Housing and Construction gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Wirral, South (Mr. Porter) on 3 November. [Vol. 47, c. 421.] Right-to-buy sales by local authorities and new towns in Great Britain up to June 1983 were 5.8 per cent. of their estimated dwelling stock at December 1982.
