§ Mr. RaisonThe amount available for spending on the overseas aid programme in 1983–84 is £1,110 million. This is just over 7 per cent. higher in cash than the £1,033 million spent in 1982–83 and 9 per cent. higher than the £1,015 million spent in 1981–82.
