§ Mr. Dubsasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will obtain and place in the Library a copy of the recent Policy Studies Institute report into the Metropolitan police in time for the Second Reading debate of the Police and Criminal Evidence Bill.
§ Mr. BrittanThe Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, whose predecessor commissioned the study, tells me that the report, which is still in draft, will be published on 18 November. I shall arrange for copies to be placed in the Library as soon as possible thereafter.
