§ The Solicitor-General for ScotlandThere are no plans at present to review the policy of non-harassment of travelling people in relation to prosecution. Each case will continue to be considered by my noble and learned Friend the Lord Advocate personally and a decision on whether to prosecute will be taken on the basis of all the circumstances including the availability of alternative sites.
