HC Deb 04 May 1983 vol 42 c102W
Mr. Shore

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what percentage of gross national product, estimated where necessary, and what amount in $US the Development Assistance Committee countries have contributed to official overseas aid programmes in each year from 1970 to 1982; and what was the comparable amount contributed by the Organisations of Petroleum Exporting Countries, the United Kingdom and the Soviet Union over the same period.

Mr. Rifkind

The information requested, drawn from OECD(DAC) statistics, is as follows:

subsequently lifted following clearance and disinfection. This is the site mentioned in my reply to the right hon. Member of 14 February. On two other sites, where movement restrictions had been placed because of whirling disease and then lifted, movement restrictions have been reimposed because of infectious pancreatic necrosis.

The site where there has been a recurrence of whirling disease is the Ampney trout farm, Ampney Crucis, Nr Cirencester, Gloucestershire. My fish disease scientists are still investigating the recurrence of the disease at that site.
