§ Mr. RifkindWe have received a number of representations alleging human rights abuses. We make known our concern to the Governments concerned where we consider this might prove helpful and where we consider the allegations to be well-founded. They will in any case be aware that we deplore all types of human rights abuses wherever committed, as we have frequently stated.
