§ Mr. Snapeasked the Minister for Trade what representations have been made by Her Majesty's Government to the European Community Commissioners regarding the proposed replacement of Commission Regulation 67/67/EEC concerning tie agreements in the United Kingdom brewing industry.
§ Dr. VaughanMy right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food discussed the proposed regulation with Mr. Frans Andriessen, the commissioner responsible for competition, while he was in Brussels for last week's meeting of the Agriculture Council. There have also been discussions with officials of the Commission.
