§ 30. Mr. Dykesasked the Minister for Trade if he will give active encouragement to the European Commission, through the Council of Trade Ministers, in promoting the new draft regulations on equal car selling prices within the member states.
§ Dr. VaughanThe European Commission already has in hand proposals for a regulation under the competition rules. These will be published in theOfficial Journal for general comment and I see no need to raise the subject in the Council at present.
