Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will prosecute the Cambridge Heath Press Ltd. in view of the fact that it last filed its accounts in accordance with the Companies Act on 27 July 1982, being for the period ended 31 March 1981, and that the company is in arrears with its accounts for the period ended 31 March 1982, which should have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies by 31 January.
