§ Mr. RifkindDuring his visit to Mexico my right hon. Friend had useful discussions with the President of Mexico and the Foreign Minister on a wide range of international prblems, including the world oil market and the importance of ensuring its stability.
My right hon. Friend has had no discussions with Governments of other oil-producing countries on current oil price matters.
