Mr. Onslow

With our partners in the Five we are continuing efforts to achieve a settlement in accordance with SCR 435. Officials of the Five met in Ottawa on 24 and 25 February to review progress. Negotiations on regional security issues continue. We welcome the direct discussions taking place between the Angolan and South African Governments.
