§ Mr. RaisonBritish aid remains sustantial. In 1982–83 we expect to spend about £20 million. It comprises capital aid and technical co-operation, in fulfilment of our commitments to the Government of Tanzania. We have recently increased to £73 million our total commitment over 1980–86 to the construction of the Songea-Makambako road.
