§ Mr. HurdThe Youth Custody Centre Rules (S.I. 1983/570), Detention Centre Rules (S.I. 1983/569) and the Prison (Amendment) Rules (S.I. 1983/568) were laid before Parliament on 22 April 1983 and came into force on 24 May simultaneously with part I of the Criminal Justice Act 1982.
