§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeSo far, yes. An evaluation working group has been set up with membership from the National Health Service and the Department of Health and Social Security and its terms of reference include the oversight of the evaluation of nucleus hospitals. The evaluation studies themselves will generally be managed by the regional health authorities concerned. Newham hospital will be one of the early nucleus hospitals to be so evaluated. I look forward to studying the reports of the group.
