Health Care Budget

Mr. Alex Carlile

asked the Prime Minister what proportion of the United Kingdom health care budget was allocated to Wales in the financial year 1981–82; what were the proportions allocated to Scotland and Northern Ireland, respectively; and whether she is satisfied that these proportions adequately reflect the needs of the areas concerned.
