§ Mr. Chapmanasked the Prime Minister what changes have been made in the composition of the United Kingdom delegation to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe.
§ The Prime MinisterI have appointed my hon. Friend the Member for Ruislip-Northwood (Mr. Wilkinson) and my hon. Friend the Member for Sheffield, Hallam (Sir J. Osborn) as full Members in place of Mr. Percy Grieve and Mr. Frederick Mulley.
I have also appointed my hon. Friends the Members for Dudley, West (Dr. Blackburn), Halesowen and Stourbridge (Mr. Stokes), Welwyn Hatfield (Mr. Murphy), Poole (Mr. Ward), Northampton, South (Mr. Morris), Cunninghame, North (Mr. Corrie) and my noble Friend the Earl of Kinnoull as substitute Members in place of my hon. Friend the Member for Ruislip-Northwood (Mr. Wilkinson), my hon. Friend the Member for Sheffield, Hallam (Sir J. Osborn), my hon.
