§ Mr. Roy Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will set out the reasons for the differences between the expenditure figures for road construction in 1981–82 prices given recently in the answer of 11 July, Official Report, c. 598, with the cash outturn figures in the public expenditure White Paper, Cmnd. 8789, in particular in terms of the price assumptions used.
