§ Dr. VaughanI am always ready to have discussions with the chairman of the Insurance Brokers Registration Council on this or other issues as the need arises. I understand that the council, which is in the best position to bring prosecutions, is actively considering how to deal with cases of infringement of section 22 of the Insurance Brokers (Registration) Act 1977, including prosecutions.
