§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Minister for Trade, pursuant to his reply of 8 February to the right hon. Member for Manchester, Wythenshawe, Official Report, c. 308–309, when he expects completion of his further consultation about the Cork committee's recommendations concerning the qualifications required for appointment as a liquidator and the provision by a voluntary liquidator of an insurance bond as security against fraud, dishonesty or professional negligence.
