§ The Prime MinisterThe White Paper on efficiency and effectiveness, Cmnd. 8616, required all Departments' plans to include the ground covered by MINIS. Departments' responses to the financial management initiative are now being examined by the Treasury and the Management and Personnel Office, and particular attention is being paid to this requirement.
