asked the Minister for Trade if he will discuss with the Director General of the National Economic Development Organisation the trade policy implications of the Director General's paper on "The International Context of the United Kingdom" presented to the National Economic Development Council in February.

That paper was discussed by the National Economic Development Council on 2 February.
