§ Dr. VaughanThere were 74 bureaux (59 main bureaux and 15 extensions) in Scotland at 31 March 1982. As in England and Wales, support for their operating costs is primarily a matter for the local authorities concerned. The Government grant to the Scottish Association of CABx (£594,200 in the current financial year) is used to finance the central costs of the service is Scotland.
