How many students there were at universities in 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982 in the following subjects (a) sciences, {b) engineering, (c) technology, (d) business management, (e) accountancy.

: The numbers of students studying sciences, engineering, technology, business management and accountancy at universities in Great Britain are given in the table below for the academic years 1979–80, 1980–81 and 1981–82. Similar information in respect of 1982–83 is not yet available.
