§ Mr. Dobsonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what arrangements will be made in respect of the future ownership and management of the methane gas extraction plant at Aveley, Essex, currently owned by the Greater London council.
§ Mr. WaldegraveI cannot yet predict what arrangements will be made. These will depend on the proposals for co-operation made by the boroughs affected, in the light of their consideration of the Government's consultation document "Streamlining the Cities: Waste Disposal".
