§ Mr. Peter WalkerI understand that the advisory council's fifth report was published today. I have written to the chairman of the council, Dr. Robert Telfer, to express my thanks for the council's efforts, and to give the Government's views on the report. I have placed a copy of my letter in the Library of the House. The council's valuable report will provide a useful basis for the work of the energy efficiency office.
