§ Mr. Bottomleyasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer when the draft clause will be available concerning the proposal to remove the tax disadvantages suffered by pension funds on transactions in financial futures.
§ Mr. MooreThe draft clause is now ready and I have authorised the Inland revenue to publish it today. The legislation will apply from today; and the clause will be included in next year's Finance Bill.
