§ Mr. Patrick JenkinOur proposals for reallocating services from metropolitan county councils to district councils, including Dudley, are set out in our White Paper (Cmnd. 9063). It is a matter for the West Midlands county council how many staff they currently employ on those 405W services in respect of Dudley, and for each district council to decide how many staff it may want to employ in respect of reallocated services.
