§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI should like to assure the hon. Member that I am very much aware of the work being done on BMT in the North-Western region, including the RMCH. It was developments such as these that led the Government to decide that further development of BMT should be on a regional basis. It will now be for RHAs to decide how best their services can be developed and at what pace, taking into account their priorities. I am sure that in considering the development of its services, the North-Western RHA will take account of the facilities in the region.
