§ Mr. David Mitchell[pursuant to his reply, 12 December 1983, c. 312]: The General Aviation Manufacturers and Traders Association has devised a code of practice, in constultation with my Department, the Department of the Environment and the Civil Aviation Authority, which covers the safety aspects of banner towing and is also designed to minimise environmental disturbance. In addition, aeroplanes towing banners will be subject to the same safety regulations as apply to all other aircraft.
