§ Mr. MellorThe White Paper does not specify that there should be organisational change. Rather, it raised the question whether, in view of the size of the London fire brigade, special internal organisational arrangements may be necessary under a joint board. It follows that the Government will consider this matter further in the light of responses to the White Paper.
