§ Sir George YoungThe Property Services Agency has been asked by the Home Office to assess the suitability of building a new prison on a site at Upton, near Widnes. The total estimated cost of the feasibility study, including the work to be undertaken by the agency and by a firm of consultants, is £50,000.
