§ 63. Mr. Tim Smithasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he expects to receive the report of the European Communities Court of Auditors for 1982.
§ Mr. RifkindI understand that the President of the Court of Auditors has now submitted copies of the report to the Council and the Parliament and that it will be published in theOfficial Journal by the end of the year. Copies will be deposited in the House and an explanatory memorandum will be sent to the Scrutiny Committee.
