§ 62. Mr. Beaumont-Darkasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on recent discussions in the European Community on the financial requirements of the Community in 1984.
§ Sir Geoffrey HoweThe Community failed at Athens to come to grips with this and other fundamental issues. We shall continue our efforts to ensure that it does so.
