§ Mrs. ChalkerMy right hon. Friend has authorised work to proceed to plan the next national travel survey which is to be held in 1985–86. The size of this survey and the general coverage of questions will be decided within the next two or three months. This survey will enable the Department to revise its estimate of the number of bicycle owners.
