§ Mr. Peter Morrison[pursuant to his reply, 2 December 1983, c. 650]: Regular quarterly accident statistics for the youth training scheme will be prepared by the Manpower Services Commission on the basis of the information which sponsors are required to submit on all trainees who are absent from their programmes for more than three days.
