§ Mr. Alan ClarkIt is estimated that there were 107,000 people being supported under the young workers 35W scheme in October 1983, the latest date for which information is available. The Department's estimate of numbers supported in the preceding quarter are as follows, although changes in underlying assumptions mean that they are not strictly comparable.
