§ Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will reconsider his decision to refuse political asylum to Selim Duzgun who, if returned to Turkey, would face persecution at the hands of the military authorities because of his involvement in democratic and Kurdish political movements.
§ Mr. WaddingtonMr. Duzgun has now been recognised as a refugee and granted asylum in this country.
