§ Mr. MayhewMy right hon. Friend is seeking independent medical advice on some of the matters raised in Mr. Abrol's application. He hopes, once this has been obtained, to be in a position to reach a final decision on whether Mr. Abrol's case should be referred to the Court of Appeal.
