§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsThe level of manufacturing output, as measured by the Welsh index of industrial production— 1975 = 100—was estimated to have stood at 93.6 for the fourth quarter 1982. On the same bases, the indices for the corresponding quarters of 1974 and 1975 were 107.8 and 99.7, respectively.
