Member for Ealing, North (Mr. Greenway) on 18 October,Official Report, c.51, whether the police campaign to deal with vehicle excise duty evaders, will also be used as an opportunity to check on the safety of road vehicles, in particular as to whether tyre treads depths are adequate.
