§ Mr. Tilleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will give details of the figure of 18,000 people moving into home ownership through building for sale, improvement for sale, homesteading and shared ownership given in DOE press notice 324, 10 September 1982, and if he will disaggregate the information by each scheme, local authorities, new towns, and housing associations for either the calendar years 1979, 1980 and 1981 or the financial years 1979–80, 1980–81 and 1981–82.
