§ Mr. Heseltine[pursuant to his reply, 23 November 1982, c. 477]: The amount available for allocation to local authorities for capital expenditure on the services for which I am responsible in 1983–84 will be £2,401 million, compared with an original figure for 1982–83 of £2,388 million.
