§ Mr. ButcherThe council recently issued a policy statement which I am arranging to place in the Library of the House. I understand that chartered engineers on the existing register of engineers will shortly be voting on the transfer of that register to the Engineering Council. I hope that the profession will feel it right to give the transfer the necessary two-third majority.
