§ Mr. Michael RobertsThe estimated cost of the Conwy tunnel and associated works in the Estuary is £75 million at November 1981 prices. Construction is anticipated to take four years. It is not possible to estimate 49W precise numbers of jobs to be created, but contractors are well aware of the financial advantages of using local labour as much as possible.
