§ Mr. Michael RobertsThe estimated overall cost of schemes under construction and in the programme to dual the A55 from Chester to Bangor is in the region of £406 million. The cost of providing bypasses for the road schemes between the A5 south of Wrexham and the Chester southerly bypass is in the region of £52 million. Subject to the satisfactory completion of statutory processes I hope that these schemes can be completed before the end of the decade.
